Save As

v    Save As:- It is used to save a copy of active document in same location with same name in another format.

1)                 Select “File Menu”

2)                 Select “Save as” option

3)                 Feed document name

4)                 Select file format

5)                 Select file location

6)                 Click on “Save” button or Press Enter key
