v    Prepare:- It is used to finally prepare the active document. There are some sub term in prepare

•   Encrypt Document:- It is used to set a password in active document for document security.

1)                 Select “File Menu”

2)                 Select “Prepare”

3)                 Select “Encrypt Document”

4)                 Feed the password two times

5)                 Press “Enter” key or “Ok” button

6)                 “Save” document.
